TEACHLY Refund and Return Policy
This Refund and Return Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions under which TEACHLY will offer refunds for course enrollments.
1. Eligibility for Refunds:
- Full Refund: You may be eligible for a full refund within 15 days of enrolling in a Course if:
- The Course description or content significantly misrepresents the Course offerings.
- You are unable to access the Course materials due to technical problems on TEACHLY’s end.
- Partial Refund: In some cases, TEACHLY may offer a partial refund at its discretion. This may include situations where:
- You request a refund after the 7 day window but before accessing a significant portion of the Course materials (e.g., less than 50 percent completion).
- There are extenuating circumstances that prevent you from completing the Course.
2. Ineligible for Refunds:
TEACHLY will not offer refunds in the following situations:
- You change your mind about taking the Course after enrollment.
- You are unable to complete the Course due to personal reasons (e.g., lack of time, difficulty with the material).
- You download or access a significant portion of the Course materials (as defined above).
- Technical problems arise on your end that prevent you from accessing the Course.
3. How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact TEACHLY customer support at support@teachly.online within the eligible timeframe specified above. You will need to provide your name, email address, the name of the Course, and a brief explanation for your refund request.
4. Processing Time:
TEACHLY will process your refund request within 3 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for enrollment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment processor.
5. Changes to Policy:
TEACHLY reserves the right to change this Policy at any time. The revised Policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued enrollment in a Course after the posting of the revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
